We serve health promoting, plant-based food that is whole and minimally processed. Our menu focuses on nutrient-dense, sustainably sourced ingredients that are organic and local when possible. Each bowl is packed full of a colorful array of warming grains, energizing proteins, healthy fats, and hydrating vegetables. We cater to customers with common food allergies and sensitivities with a menu that is gluten-free, dairy-free, and peanut-free. We avoid processed sugars and only use soy products that are fermented, like miso and tamari.

Our menu was designed to allow for complete customization on every order. We don’t believe that one bowl fits all, so we encourage our customers to get creative as you build your perfect bowl. Consider our menu your plant-based playground.
