We’re a small company with a big mission. Based in Miami, we started serving bowls from our mighty food truck in 2015. Today, we’re expanding our business to bring healthy, delicious food to all.
Growing up in her mom’s action-filled kitchen, Della always dreamed of bringing the world food that was both healthy and delicious, without all the sneaky tricks! What started out as recipe experiments and taste-testing with friends soon turned into a restaurant concept, and della bowls was born.
In 2014, Della moved to Miami to launch her first della bowls prototype restaurant. Easy right? Not quite! Like most young entrepreneurs, she was ready to find a space, hire a team, and hit the ground running. To spare you the novel, she and our team encountered many unexpected hurdles, trials and tribulations, but we were determined to succeed. The original della bowls location was launched inside of The Wynwood Yard, Miami’s first culinary incubator-meets-culture hub, and another one of Della’s side hustles.

350,000 bowls later, we're grateful to report that the first della bowls left our customers asking for more. We pivoted slightly in 2020, experimenting with online cooking classes and creating our first digital cookbook, della bowls at home, so that we could connect with our community until the COVID-19 coast was clear.
Our newest brick-and-mortar store, located in The Doral Yard, is serving healthy bowls of happy in Downtown Doral for dine in, takeout, pickup and delivery!
