Meet jose fuster, our new general manager at della bowls
We couldn't be happier that Jose Fuster has joined our team as the new general manager of della bowls at The Doral Yard. He's quickly proven to be an awesome addition to the team and truly a perfect fit for our culture and brand.

We asked Jose some key questions so that you can get to know the man running the show behind the scenes at our newest location, The Doral Yard.

"I've been the general manager at della bowls since late October, 2020, and am loving my new position here. I definitely felt 'at home' very quickly!"
"I come to della bowls with a long history of restaurant experience, including growing up in my family's restaurant, Rinconcito Peruano, where I was helping out during the summer. I've also worked at American Harvest and Big Easy (Grove Bay Group), GLAM vegan, and DIRT Eat Clean. I love working with quality ingredients, bold flavors, healthy preparations, and fresh, from-scratch cooking, so della bowls was a natural next step for me!"
"My favorite bowl is made up of tricolor quinoa, avocado, pico de gallo, spicy slaw, and the verde sauce. The one ingredient that must ALWAYS be in my bowl, though, is avocado."
"I have a close family, comprised of my wife and son, mother and father, sister, mother-in-law, and sister-in-law."
"When I'm not working, I like to go to the park with my son, run long distance, and watch old movies. I'm also working on a kids' cookbook with my wife right now, too."
"In 2021, I am looking forward to traveling more with my family and visiting family members I have not been able to see in 2020."
