Introducing the carmen bowl

We'd like to officially introduce the Carmen Bowl to della bowls! Available for a limited time, this plant-based and gluten-free bowl layers Japanese flavors. Created by our line cook, Carmen, it's not a menu item to be missed. 

A master chocolatier and all-around culinary talent hailing from Caracas, Venezuela, Carmen created this bowl, which will keep you coming back for more with the perfect marrying of these high-quality ingredients:

  • Brown rice
  • Quinoa mix
  • Mushrooms
  • Wakame
  • Daikon
  • Edamame
  • Sesame
  • Pickled onions
  • Avocado
  • Cucumber
  • Gold sauce

The Carmen Bowl is only available for one month starting Tuesday, March 15th, at The Doral Yard, Uber Eats and DoorDash. Try it before it leaves the menu!
